How can I order?

The ordering process is very simple and intuitive. Select the desired item and add the desired quantity to the shopping cart. By clicking “shopping cart” at the top right, you can get an overview of all the items that have already been reserved. To complete an order, click on “checkout” and enter the data. Now you can choose whether you want to place the order as a new customer, an already registered customer or alternatively as a guest.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value @Blanja Shop.

How can I save favorites or create a wish list?

To add items to a wish list, customers must create a customer account in the Blanja Shop. The wish lists are then saved in this customer account. After logging into your customer account, you have the option of automatically adding the desired product to your wish list by clicking on the small heart symbol.

How can I place an individual order or desired order?

It is possible to make a personalized one-off or custom-made product for each product upon request, be it in a different size, shape or other design. Further information can be found here.

Can I change my order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to make subsequent changes to an order that has already been placed, as preparation for shipping starts fully automatically. BUT you are welcome to contact us and we may still be able to cancel.

Where can I find my previous orders?

Previous orders can only be found by registered customers in the customer account in the “Order history” area.

How can I pay?

The following payment methods are available @Blanja Shop:
- bank transfer
- SEPA transfer via QR code delivery
- pay by invoice (only possible from the 2nd order)

Why can't I pay by invoice?

We only grant this payment method after a successful initial order and after checking the buyer's positive creditworthiness.

What does tax-free mean on the invoice?

The prices shown are final prices and are exempt from sales tax due to the small business regulation in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 Line 27 UStG.

When will the delivery process start?

The order is usually shipped immediately after receipt of payment.

How is the shipment delivered?

Shipment delivery is environmentally conscious, reliable and fast with Österreichische Post AG.

How long does delivery take on average in AT/DE?

On average, delivery in Austria with normal shipping takes 2 to 3 days and in Germany 3 to 4 days.

How can I track my order?

After the shipment is placed, the customer receives the expected date of delivery and a tracking number for tracking the shipment.

How much are the shipping costs?

Is there express delivery?

Yes, if express delivery is desired, this is currently only possible in Austria. But if you want this across Europe, simply select normal shipping when ordering and state the desired express shipping in the order comments and we will get in touch.

How are returns carried out?

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days without giving reasons. You will find all information here.

How much does the return label cost?

The return label currently costs EUR 6.00 to EUR 8.00 depending on the shipping method.

How are complaints made?

If a product is already defective upon delivery (warranty case), Blanja Shop will, at the customer's discretion, replace it with a defect-free one at Blanja Shop's expense. Blanja Shop's legal warranty ends two years from delivery or upon receipt of the goods.

Can I exchange my order?

All items in the Blanja Shop are non-returnable.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR. Our connection is encrypted via SSL. Thanks to this high security standard, shopping with us is safe.

What are cookies?

Cookies are text files that your browser stores on your device. Blanja Shop uses these cookies to make the offer user-friendly for you. Who can query my data?

No one. Direct data transfer to third parties takes place exclusively and only to the transport or shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

How long can my data be stored?

If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) has expired. Data such as name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). In the event of a purchase cancellation, the data stored by us will be deleted immediately.
