Calculation of shipping fees
Packages are generally dispatched after receipt of payment and the shiping boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. The shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the delivery country and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Delivery
Delivery of the shipment is carried out environmentally consciously, reliably and quickly with the Österreichische Post AG, throughout Austria. A standard shipment takes 2 to 3 days. After the shipment has been placed, the customer will receive an approx. date of arrival and a tracking number for tracing the delivery by e-mail.
We advise you to group your items in one order. If the order has to be split into several deliveries for logistical reasons, the shipping fees will only be charged once, regardless of several deliveries. But if you make several and seperat orders with a day or days between, we will accept them as two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Deliveries are preferably made to delivery addresses in Austria, and also to company addresses, but not to parcel shops. Shipping in Europe is possible and takes place throughout the EU, Great Britain and Switzerland. If your country is not listed, simply send us an e-mail.
Express delivery
throughout Austria:
If express delivery is desired, this is currently only possible in Austria. For express shipping throughout Austria, an additional €20.00 will be charged on top of normal standard shipping.
throughout Europe:
Currently not automatically selectable, but possible by arrangement. To do this, simply select standard shipping when ordering and state the desired express shipping in the order comments and we will then charge for this separately and contact you beforehand by e-mail with the exact additional costs.
