After receipt and verification of the order, you will receive a confirmation and payment instruction from us by email with the required bank details.

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and then, if possible, send us a legitimate payment confirmation (via bank statement) so that we can prepare and ship your order more quickly.

The transfer usually takes 2 to a maximum of 5 working days. During this time, the ordered goods will be reserved for 7 days. If no payment is made, the order will be canceled.

ATTENTION: If the billing address is outside Austria, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the order until we have received receipt of payment.

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped quickly and you will be informed immediately.

NOTICE:
There are no additional costs for this payment method, but there may still be subsequent costs for this transfer, which the bank will only charge for afterwards. The expenses are then shared between the client and the recipient - each of them pays the contribution to booking costs incurred in their domestic payment transactions. For orders from a country that is not part of the European Union, such a bank transfer is also possible, but additional costs will apply.

**) Direct SEPA transfer using a QR code

After receiving and checking the order, you will also receive an email from us with the option of paying the payment amount via SEPA transfer using a QR code. SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers are cross-border bank transfers of Euros.

When selecting this payment method, the buyer will then be sent a QR code in a separate email. This QR code contains all the necessary data for the SEPA payment order, such as: the Blanja Shop account details, details of the invoice amount and the intended purpose.

Our connection is encrypted via SSL. Thanks to this high security standard, shopping with us is safe.

ATTENTION: For this payment option, an app to read the QR code and an online banking access to the bank account are required, as opening the QR code initiates a forwarding to the buyer's bank account for an immediate SEPA transfer.

Blanja Shop will then be notified immediately of successful payment using the SEPA QR Code and your order will be processed and shipped quickly. You will be informed of this immediately.

NOTICE:
By selecting the payment method via SEPA basic direct debit, the buyer confirms that he has authorization to use the account specified in the ordering process and that the account has sufficient funds for the debit of the purchase price, because the invoice amount is generally debited on the same day Payment is made via SEPA transfer and is therefore collected immediately after activation. If the account does not have sufficient funds, the buyer will bear the costs for the resulting return debits.

We only grant this payment method after a successful first order and therefore from the second order onwards.

ATTENTION:

After receipt of the order and checking of the buyer's positive creditworthiness, the buyer will also receive the opportunity to pay the payment amount by invoice by email. This means that we will process and ship the ordered goods immediately. The buyer will then be informed about the delivery and will receive the corresponding invoice for the purchase to the email address stored in the customer account. A printed
paper invoice will not be sent by post.

This invoice is due without deductions within 14 days after receipt by email and must be paid to Blanja Shop.
The items remain the property of Blanja Shop until the purchase price has been paid in full. If the payment deadline is missed, reminder costs or late payment interest will be incurred after the payment reminder, which must also be paid by the buyer.
