Return / refund and exchange of Blanja articles

Return of Blanja articles:

Private customers (with residence and delivery address in the EU) who make a purchase in the Blanja Shop have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen calendar days and begins on the day on which the customer received the goods(s). In the case of partial deliveries, this is the delivery of the last goods.

You are welcome to provide us with all the important information in this email:

1. Customer data

2. Order number

3. Reason for return

4. Details about the nature of the goods(s)

After sending this information, we will send you a return label by email.

Please pack the items carefully. This avoids unnecessary transport damage. The items should not show any additional signs of wear from the customer (e.g. dirt, scratches, etc.). Existing signs of wear should be listed in detail under point 4 (Details). When returning the goods and accessories, please use the original packaging if possible, even if it is damaged due to an opening for functional testing.

Please print out the return label and attach it to the package so that it is clearly visible. Please then return the return package to Blanja Shop.

Refund of the returned Blanja articles:

Private customers bear the direct costs of returning the goods themselves. This means that the customer will receive a return label by email from the Blanja Shop for the return shipment. This return label costs EUR 6.00 to EUR 8.00 depending on the shipping method. As soon as Blanja Shop has received the returned product(s), the costs of the return will be deducted from the purchase amount and the customer will receive the refund returned to the same payment method that he used for the original purchase, unless expressly stated beforehand and agreed otherwise in writing. As a rule, it takes approx. 10 to 14 working days for the amount to be reflected in the customer account.

Exchange of Blanja articles:

All Blanja Shop articles are non-returnable, but in exceptional cases (damage during shipping, etc.) we can definitely find a solution that you are happy with. In this case, please contact us by email: service@blanja.shop.
